DEAREATORS
We manufacture 4 series of deareators in 9 models and 8 versions, for several applications in the treatment of food liquids, from fruit juices up to drinks, water, milk, flavoured milks, baby foods, etc..
- Capacity from 100 to 25.000 lt/h.
- Equipments in SS Aisi 304 or 316.
- Equipments complete with product’s extraction and vacuum pumps, electric panel when supplied separately from our pasteurizers/sterilizers units.
- Deareator with sprayer for liquids.
- Deareator with nebulization turbine for thick products.
- Deareator with aroma recovery (picture 1)
- Deareator with aroma recovery and concentrator, with or whithout chilling group.
Aroma recovery unit (picture 2) with partial condensation system (50-300 fold) to extract aromas from natural fruit juices, to be connected to an evaporator or a deareator.
