H.S.-L.A. A.F. is an automatic filler designed for the sterile filling of web type bags, from 3 to 25lt. (1-6 gallons). The bags are preliminarily irradiated with gamma rays. The H.S. model guarantees high performance with a capacity per filling head (2 heads optional) of up to 450 pcs/h of 5 lt bags (1 gallon). The L.A. version is ideal for low acid products (pH >4,5) and is F.D.A. approved (USA). H.S. - L.A. A.F. is ideal for a large range of 1" caps with low and high spout, with cap in center or in corner, with tear or dispenser cap.

Product dosing is volumetric and is carried out by a magnetic or massic (on request) flowmeter.
The change of bag size is automatic thanks to a mechanical cutter which separates the bags before filling, and a volume selector on the video screen.

H.S. - L.A. A.F. is managed by a PLC with continuous monitoring and recording of production data, visualization of alarms and autodiagnosis device.

The filler cleans itself in CIP and sterilizes itself with food grade steam. The parts in contact with the product are in stainless steel Aisi 316. All moving parts are protected by steam barrier and the aseptic filling head is maintained in overpressure with sterile air to avoid microbiological contamination. In the L.A. version the caps are previously sprayed with a fixed quantity of hydrogen peroxide.
