C.F. is a volumetric filler for flexible bags with 1" international standard spouts.It is available with one or two filling heads, with 1" valve for liquid or viscous food products (mineral water, oil, wine, milk shake, etc.) and non-food products like detergents, mineral oil, etc. The Compact Filler is also available in an ultra-sanitary version (eg. milk, pasteurized liquid eggs).

The C.F. filler automatically carries out operations of uncapping, filling and capping of the bags and is washed in CIP.
The machine has been designed to have a simplified maintenance, to change the bag size in a short time, to be flexible for all types of bags and spouts on the market, and also to be eventually automatized in a second time.

The automatic bag feeder ABF for web type bags (3-25 lt), is necessary when the machine hourly output is greater than 100 bags and is allowed to reach 350 bags/h.

The maximum accuracy of Compact Filler is less than +/- 0,5%.

The multipurpose filler C.F. can be joined to an automatic cartoning line (sealing with hot-melt glue or adhesive tape) designed and built by ASTEPO according to Customer’s requirements .
