ASTEPO ASEPTIC FILLER FULL RANGE
We design and build various types of aseptic filling machines, suitable for all types of sterile bags: from the small 300 cc stand-up pouch to the 1000 litre bag for palletizable containers. Our aseptic fillers are successfully employed in different fields of the food industry: preserved foods, dairy and soft drinks,
| mainly for the following products: |
- UHT milk and cream, milk shake, fruit purée and concentrate, tea and similar products, ketchup, liquid eggs etc. in 1-6 gallon (3-25 lt) bag-in-box
- Tomato concentrated , pizza sauce, fruit concentrates, fruit salads etc. in large bags for drums, cartons and plastic containers respectively of 55 gallons (220 litres) and 60-300 gallons (240-400-1000 litres).

Anther important application of our machines in pharmaceutical industry, for physiological solutions and similar. All our aseptic fillers can work with low/medium viscosity liquids which are pumpable, and also liquids containing solid pieces (eg. fruit salad), in this last case the fillers can be supplied with 2" filling head and valve for 2" neck, instead of the 1" standard ones. Furthermore, our aseptic fillers are designed for maximum versatily and in this way, with opportune accessories, they can be adapted to other formats, as shown in this table:
