Syrup:
Light syrup (saccarose/glucose) acidified by citric/ascorbic acid. The correct mixing of the ingredients is part of our scope of supply. Alternatively a fruit puree can be added.
Size of particulates:
up to 1” (25 mm) dices or apricot halves, apple and peach slices
Typical products:
Apples and pears, apricots and peaches, pineapple crushed or tidbits, strawberries and berries, yoghurt jam, and dessert preparations. Fruits such as strawberries and berries must be cleaned, de-stemmed and blanched. Apples, upon qualities and varieties, have to be blanched and deareated before treatment.
Other products:
Sauces containing pieces, soups, pet foods, sliced onions
Temperature profile:
Installation suitable to heat approx. 50°C from 45/60° to 95/110°C and to fill at around 35°C. Upon request special applications.
